Una McAleer is a professional kinesiologist and health food store advisor.
Having graduated from the Kinesiology College of Ireland in 2002, she then spent four years in Melbourne, Australia, practising kinesiology and managing a health food store. She returned to Ireland in 2006 to continue her kinesiology practice.
Una specialises in digestive imbalances, nutritional deficiencies and excesses as well as helping to balance the physical, mental and emotional state. In conjunction with muscle testing, her methods include the use of herbal remedies, vitamins, minerals, flower essences and tuning forks.
Through her work as a health food store advisor, she has acquired extensive knowledge in a wide range of health supplements and natural whole-foods. As such, this knowledge is used as part of her treatment process.
Una also specialises in Healthmarque PZ Orthotics which help to correct muscle imbalances such as bunions, plantar facitis, fallen arches, excessive pronation or supination in the feet. This can have wide ranging implications for the whole body.
